CanDoo or BUDs for multiple SeaDoos from 2004 to 2009?

So I have three separate Seadoos, a 2004 GTX 155, a 2008 WakePro 215, and a 2009 Challenger 180 with the 215. I know just enough about working on stuff to get myself into trouble and I usually break three things to fix one other thing, but I am willing to learn. My question is which program would be better for my use case scenario? The GTX has a maintenance needed message, the WakePro only shows 5k RPM on new cluster though the rev gauge goes higher, and so far the Challenger is fine, but I know that it will need maintenance reset at some point. It will also need a new cluster as the one that is in there is pretty sun burnt. Any insight that can be provided would be helpful as I contemplate this purchase.

Thanks.

Well, thanks to all the information I researched here, I went with the BUDs software. The ability to pair clusters was the deciding factor, though it was far more expensive than CanDoo. Now to learn how to use the software.
