Can you take the tower completely off on a 2012 speedster

Need to know that as it will not go in the garage with it on as someone told me the height is 6 ft 10 inches when folded down and my garage opening is exactly 6 ft 10 inches.
Is it easy to take off and put on ?

Yes it is. If you want to take it completely off you will need 2 people to do it but it is relatively easy. I fold down mine all the time to store my boat inside my garage. To take it off just unscrew the rear bolts and unplugg the tower light.
