Can you Rave Pro`s please tell me where and why this is leaking? it appears to be coming from the center of the base (notch) this is approximately after 7 or so hours on a new reman.
I`d like to learn the correct lingo as to what and why so I can relay this for warranty... thanks guys...

based on this, it looks like some members have replaced all the components and still have a leak.
What I have is all new components and it started leaking after 7 hours...

ok, have some reading to do. just don`t know why these new parts are leaking already...

SeadooSnipe also refers to a supplemental about the adjustment of the RAVE valves.
Mine are screwed all the way down, seems to me in a boat you`d want more torque to get the boat out of the water and on plane.
It would be interesting to know what year this supplemental came out. bc mine were adjusted right out of the 98 shop manual.

discovered that the only new components were the bellows/gasket and maybe the exhaust valve piston. The housing was worn out. also discovered the MAG RAVE also has an issue, waiting to hear from SBT on it`s resolve...

Looks like you either need a "O-Ring", a new gasket or just tighten the allen bolt a bit.
See if any of these work.

Oops, just saw that you said the housing was worn out.

yup, that one slipped thru the cracks on spec inspection. the housing was wasted...oval hole for the Valve stem...
