C180: Where did you remount your VR/Rectifier?

If you pulled your OEM airbag and went with a performance or homemade (me) air intake you know the VR/Rectifier came out of the OEM box. The theory being that cool air from the intake moved across it but that's a bit skeptical if you saw the internals of the box.

I noted with those on a few jet ski forums that they did the OEM air delete and assumed they had to relocate the VR/Rectifier too. Far less air moving around a ski and even closer to a hot engine...didn't see any issues reported.

I'll add a photo later of where I chose to mount mine shortly...but curious to...

1. Where did you mount yours?
2. Did anyone experience VR/rectifier issues post air box delete?

I'm in the same boat. I'd love to shorten up that long stock intake system but I'd like a cheap/effective way to do it.
