Hi, My C180 has no bow cover nor the domes to fit one. It gets pretty choppy in the locl river sometimes, so a bow cover could be handy.
I see the new boats have domes pre-fitted to take a cover. Is it possible to retro-fit the domes and then buy a bow-cover from somewhere?

Any upholstery shop should be able to custom make one for you. I had one done for my Utopia locally and for the cover, anti pooling pole, and install it was two hundred Canadian. Best money I ever spent for cool days out on the water.

Did you have the domes on the hull already? I don't have any and aren't sure about fitting them. We do have a European trained sail-maker living here and he makes some fantastic covers, tents, screens etc so would probably do the job ok. So they are worth having then.?

The upholstery shop added the snaps as part of the install. Here's the best picture I have on this computer.

Aaron:cheers:
