Buying early model SeaDoo

Hi. I previously owned a SeaDoo then sold it to buy a boat. I am now negotiating on a very nice 1998 GTX LTD with less than 100 hours. It has been stored for more than 3 years so I am interested to know what mechanical, service problems I could have and what I should be looking for in the way of general problems, replacements, updates etc. I would assume that at the very least a full 100-hour/12month service would be required. Any other suggestions from out there in expert owners land? Rob

Shouldn't be too much difference in the '98 vs '99.
Its the 97.5 GSX limited with the white 951 that has alot of problems.
Up through '99 they all had the exhaust leak that let water get to the carbs.
