Broken Raves (Ski runs excellent though)

Just curious as to what happened. I have read other post and many are saying that the ski quit running. My ski runs better than ever.(even with the broken raves) Where do I need to look to fish these things out? Any suggestions?

Thats what I figured. Although I have to get a pair of pliers to remove the rave from one side. I'm just puzzled because the ski still runs really good. If I get the peices out of the box, can I replace them and ride on? Or do I need to check into it more.
