O.K. you guys/gals... You've got one week before the greatest poker run the Seadooforum has ever been part of. We are co-sponsoring this event and if last years "ride-in" has any similarities to this poker run, it's going to prove to be one heck of a party!!!!!!
I'm hoping all our members in the central Florida area show up for this event. It's actually close to the same area, just north of Venice Beach. St. Petersburg is an awesome beach and the amenities there are just to many to list.
I'd say make a weekend of it. Make it a vacation type trip. I'm hoping to be there but with Disney World trip scheduled the following month, I may be absent. Not because I don't want to be there, I'm still hoping to find a way!
Look for the Seadooforum booth when you get there. I'm sure you'll be able to meet our staff members along with grabbing a free Seadooforum "t" shirt.
The boat show will have some awesome new boats for 2010 and you can register to pick up any of the great prizes awarded for the Skyway poker run. Top prize is $250 buck-a-roos'...
There are a limited amount of rooms being held for us at the Holiday Inn Sunspree at Marina Cove. When you phone in your reservation, just tell the clerk your there for the Tampa Bay boat show.
The event is sponsered by Barney's motorcycle and Marine. They will have the new 2010 iS model ski there and available for rides. With the turnout, it'll probably be one of the biggest attractions.
So, get there early, sign up NOW to get the special room rates. With the sponsers and co-sponsers (including the forum), this hotel is bound to sell out their alloted rooms fast. So don't wait, get on the ball and get this done this week. I'm still trying to work myself a way in to attending.
Come out and have the best time of your life! This is obviously going to be equal to Daytona's bike week. So, support what you love doing best, RIDE!
