Bilge Replacement?

Need a new bilge pump. Original is a Rule 460, but I think they changed the numbers or dont make the 460 anymore... Will the Rule 500 work or does anyone know of the replacement part for it??

You can use anything you want. Including a $19 wal-mart unit.

As far as "What will fit the basket already mounted in the hull"........


Any of the smaller (older) Rule's should fit. The newer styles are oval shaped.

MY Rule 460 went bad last year and I installed a Rule 500 into the existing basket with out a problem.

Did you use the Automatic or Non-Automatic version? Just not sure which to use.

You should probably have an NON-auto pump. The Rotax boats had an auto switch independent from the pump.

The Auto Rule pumps have 3 wires. The non-auto have 2.
