Best cleaner product to clean inside the hull?

I use a purple Power, spray it on in the concentrated form and spray it off with warm water. It will look like new with ZeRO scrubbing.

After poking around a bit, I tried Totally Awesome, most dollar stores sell it. Grabbed a couple bottles and a toilet brush for tougher spots. $3 out the door and my engine compartment is clean. Just rinsed it out with the garden hose. I think a power washer would be overkill and risk damaging a seal or something by accident.

I coated mine with simple green, waited a few minutes, then sprayed it off with hot water (hose and sprayer connected to the water heater). Everything came clean. IMO hot water is the key here.........I'd bet any degreaser would work with hot water. I always seem to mess something up with my power washer so I don't use it on toys or vehicles unless it's the last resort.

Purple power is what my mechanic uses but I use bilge cleaner and some water. You shouldn't need to take out the engine.

Purple Power has an acidic component that I think makes it more powerful than Simple Green and other common cleaners. It will burn your skin. Be sure to rinse any metal with water very well after using. I use it to strip vacuum metalizing (chrome) from plastics before restoring
