BEST BRAND OF SPARK PLUGS FOR MY 2002 ISLANDIA 240EFI?

Hey everyone! I'm looking for advice on best brand of spark plug to go with and what is the right one for the Mercury 240 EFI. Also..how do I go about getting a manual for my the 240 EFI. Thanks in advance!!
