battery wont charge/ plugs fowl?

2003 sea doo challenger 1800, cranks/ wont start sometimes. last time out, battery drained and we were able to return on a jumper pack from NoCo. once the pack died, she died. voltage regs? havnt tested yet. going to this weekend.

thanks man yeah i need to bring a meter next time i go down to this customers boat. hes clueless. the boat has acted funny since this guy bought it. ill check all grounds.
