battery light on Alarm beeps once spark plugs carbon up ? ? good battery and rectifier ! engine rpm slight lurch at push of starter before off ?

Need diagnose strange issue? Red Battery Light comes ON ,Alarm sounds once ,engine starts to run rough ! excessive exhaust ! spark plugs carbon up if running
for more than 2 minutes Battery checks 12.8 volts rectifier putting out 14 volts at 2000 rpm weird when pushing the start button to kill engine slight surge in rpm
just prior to engine shutting down ? all fuses ok no shorts found seadoo sportster 215 4 tec supercharged HELP
