Noticed that I always have a bit of water in the hull that the bilge pump just can't remove and the drain plugs are just too high to let it drain out.
This year and model didn't have the bailers like later model's.

So how could I adapt a bailer system like any other seadoo that would work while running.

I'm sure is could be done for enough money, you would probably be better off to buy the pump and nozzle assembly from a 140mm pump for a pwc. Honestly I think the bailer system is pretty in-effective. I have bilge pumps in my skis' just for that reason. If you really want to do this contact Minnetonka4me I'm sure he could fix you up.

You'd have to drill the hull like a ski and use thread in bailer fittings on the pump, then run bailers from a ski. You can get the slide in bailer deal, then get an exit nozzle that will accept the bailers(if your's doesn't). Way more work than what it's worth. I think the bailers do a good job, it's all I have in my skis and they always come out with minimal water, my boat does not have bailers, but a factory Rule bilge pump and that works great, I guess. I only get a few dribbles out of the boat, but I have also strived to get a leak free cooling system.

You pump probably does not have the bailer tube on the top of the pump #27,45,35 and then a correct nozzle

Oh....gotcha. Missed that. yeah I think the biggest issue is the back of the boat sits low in the water but if you got those tubes up high it would work. Problem is they dont work all that great. Adding a 2nd pump would prob be my suggestion.

Yup its for the sportster. The pwc's ave been behaving just fine :)

My problem right now is the rain water getting in through the ski locker and a weak carbon seal boot allowing a bit of water to get in while running. I just don't have any way of getting that 2 inches of water out.
The bilge pump sit's just high enough that I get a water level up to the bottom of the flywheel.

This nozzle does have the bailer tubes but that's it.
I have # 45 and 35 on the diagram in my spares pile, Just need some 27's

Me too :) I don't mind cleaning when I get back home, Its the 2 gallons I have in the bilge while running that bothers me :P

Took a good look at my nozzle and its also missing the tips inside the cone (# 23)
