Bailer hose elbow squirting water

Hello All,

I really need some help. My 1998 Seadoo GTX limited hull is filling with water. It ran great last season, no water at all in the hull. This year first test ride was a few laps around the lake, 15 minutes or so. I come back ack to the dock. Remove the seat to check everything and water is up to bottom of engine. I checked everything I thought could leak. Now after several trips to test I finally noticed water is shooting out the side of the plastic elbow that connects bailer hoses. There are little holes on each, Is this normal?

The bailer tube's were missing. Replaced them and the leak is gone. Here.are my before and after pictures. The tube's with the blue paint were not there.

My bailer tubes are there and intact. Everything looks to be ok but I still have water squirting out of elbows, especially when I rev the engine. Has anyone got any other ideas of what could be going wrong. Much appreciate your help.
