I recently bought a Seadoo GTX RFI PWC and found out is was not winterized at all. I bought it from the estate of My cousin lived in Northern Indiana. I tried to get it to started with a garden hose attatched and found the cyliders were full of water. I had the engine replaced with a new rebuilt engine but cylinders still fill up with water? Where do I start. Thank you.
