There was an unfortunate error, and the parties responsible have been sacked, but got significant water in the gas tank. Didn't know this until too late and of course it wouldn't start running the bad gas into the system. Figured out the fuel pump was dead soon after, still not knowing about the gas that probably killed it and replaced it with the HiFlow replacement pump. Still wouldn't start despite getting fuel delivery and good spark.

Tried to check line pressures, but the guage I borrowed didn't have the right attachments and I didn't want to cut any hoses yet.

I ran some gas out into a jar however, and it separated, and I learned about the water in the tank. Drained all 15 gallon (pain in the rump), and put a couple more in. Still separated some I assume from the lines somewhere. Drained again and ran the pump to clean the 2 lines going to injector. Fuel looks good now, but still won't start tonight. Maybe I just flooded it running fuel into injector without trying to start and I am letting it sit until tomorrow after giving up tonight.

Any other places that need to be addressed, cleaned out or replace from a water in fuel issue. Other ideas. I still worry about the pressure in the lines and the injector but didn't want to go there until the gas issue was resolved.

It probably injected water into the engine, I think you should remove the spark plugs, open the throttle fully, and crank the engine to see if water shoots out, and dry the plugs off.

Then, I would squirt a little premix in the cylinders, put the plugs in, throttle back to idle and see if it will start. I would at least put some oil in the cylinders and crank it, I'm thinking you might have some water in there and if it sits in there the cylinder walls will grow rust.
