Janepeters, You will need to use a picture viewing program that allows you to modify pictures. I use one called CompuPic, but there are thousands out there that do it.

Crop it, then resize it, and you have an avatar.

I pm'd janepeters and offered to resize his/her pic in avatar size. I will offer this to anyone else (as long as 300 people don't email me in the next 10 minutes).

Email the picture to me at scooper@shilohtreatmentcenter.com and I will resize it and email it back.
