Hate to see ya sittin here with no answer. I dont use one, but really I dont see a problem. Especially if you are only going to use it while you are putting in and taking out. It is designed for being an extension. Give it a shot!!

I use one with no issues. just a pain to unhitch and rehitch. I saw a guy once who made one out of 4 feet of square tube! Beefed it up with rebar welded on the sides and his tires never hit the water!

All I need is about 12" farther back and im good. My car is so low BUT its sealed up underneath( lots of foam and silicone)

we had a 5 foot extension we used when we pulled our sand rails to Yuma behind the camper on the truck. did awesome, so you should be fine with just 12".

your car would be okay as lont as you dont turn it off when it is in the water... unless you mean you have to back it where it is over your trunk... those seadoos are soo light as long as you are in a littlebit you can probably push it off the trailer if the butt is in the water already.

the one at Riverside Hotel? yeah, that one sux. I think you'll be alright towing with the entender, there aint that much tongue weight.
