So I would like to get a little more performance out of my 170 hp Switch sport. My warranty is up next month so I can start tinkering soon. Starting with a tune using HP Tuners to raise the rev limit and fiddle with the timing. Then I came across this Solas impeller ( HERE ) . Its not super expensive but I still didn't want to try it without some feedback from someone who's used it. Also they offer different impellers based on your elevation? What would that have to do with the impeller?
What I'm looking to gain would be a little more top speed and to be able to get out of the hole faster, especially when loaded with 5 people on board. I know raising the rev limit will drastically help the top speed. But will this impeller help also?
