Sorry to ask especially with zero posts on here but i need to get this thing tuned up. Ive gone through the searches and have located very useful info that has saved me big money. Relativeley knew to jet boats however have worked a great deal with all makes of snowmobiles........if there are any snowmobilers on here :) pretty familiar with tunning mikuni carbs and two strokes in general. I could really use some help, before the "better half" makes me sell it.

Background:
95 seadoo speedster 2 657x motors. One being new that is giving me grief.

I have checked and double checked rotary valve
dissasembled and cleaned carbs (everything to nuts and bolts)
cleaned and replaced fuel lines
checked fuel selector switch

left motor has a bad bog and i can't tune it out. The only way to get it to run half a**ed is to set the high speed needle way out and allow fuel to poor in. Idle is good and in sync with other motor. Starting is good hot and cold. Plugs are good.

I did not have a pop off valve tester and really not familiar with them. When under hard acceleration a little feather of the choke pulls this motor inline with the other.

Any suggestions would be great i'm leaning towards bad pop off valve pressure. If you need more info i can provide it, just need to get this thing running before i get nuetered.

Thanks matt
