Any NYC riders out there

Just looking to see if there is anyone around the ny area riding I went out on my first ride yesterday it was nice out water a little cold but not to bad would like to ride with more people so if Anyones out there let me kno and we could meet up sometime

I havent finished building my ski yet but I am docked right off CrossBay Blvd in Jamaica Bay. I have a bunch of guys who ride but its not all the time. I usually ride atv's during the fall through winter and start the water sports around the end of May. Lots of nice spots to ride by me, most of the riding I do is jumping bu this spot near the jetty in Rockaway where it the ocean's mouth into the bay right accross from Coney Island. You can get 25 ft of air of these waves when the conditions are right. :thumbsup:

Yea usually ride the quad but most of my frien sold there's so mine is collecting dust right now lol I'm on staten island but I work out in canarsie I see the water off the belt and it looks so good out there I have to try and see if I could make the ride there on fuel this season

Well dust your quad off, we got a group of 30 on a good weekend riding in Queens. Fountain Ave is dead not since they built that mall but we have about 20 acres of land we ride at by CrossBay Bridge for like the past 20 years now. You can launch your ski right in Howard Beach if you trailer which is a channel into the bay off the Blvd. I had a bunch of guys come down from NJ last year who never go anywhere else now because we have alot of on the water bars, places to eat etc...

I trailer so transport is not a prob I went out yesterday it was like glass out by me had a good day I have heard about riding in bk but idk if I would two years ago I got a $600 fine

Brooklyn is a dead spot, been like that since about 2 years ago. The place were I ride atv's is straight, I am 30 years old and have been riding in this spot for 20 years now with no issues. The water did look real flat but at least 2 more weekends on the quads before we head out to the water. $600.00 fine was either at Geritson Beach, or Erskin I bet. I rode with all the WheelieBoyz guys like Paulie (rip) Jon Jon, Mario, Laura (Pink Banshee), lil Mario, Anothony, Lupo, Erik Speedfreaks, etc...

From queens new york here. Greenspx i know exactly the area u are talking about. The group i ride with use to launch out of citi field but after we went to howard beach we rarely go there anymore. Waves are insane on the right day. If we get out early enough we usually head out to long island to this rest. by the water (the name escapes me). Kozerxp what gear are you wearing? I've been anxious of getting my ski in the water but i know the water temps have to be still in the lows 50's. Some of the guys i ride with go out in the winter..crazy!

I went out agin yesterday the water was way to choppy but I wen out anyway I wear my life vest and a bathing suit that's it lol it actually not to bad I sucked up a bag yesterday so down for a swim I went the water us bearable I had fun
