Another oil leak question

Okay.......It is my intention with the instructions of Karl and others, to change the grommets on the oil resevour when there is less oil in the tank. I noticed that there is oil slowly leaking from the top. The Oil sensor (I believe is what it is) I looked at that part, and it was like 78.00. To stop a leak, would I have to replace the WHOLE sensor. Can you just replace the seal??

That's the top grommet that everyone is taking about in the oil injector tank.

Karl......when I go to the parts link, I don't notice where the grommet is to order on the sensor. I do see 2 of these at the bottom of the tank. I see part number 33, and 34 on that sensor, but no grommet.

On the bottom I see grommet number 2 and 42.

(sing it with me......with a grommet grommet here, and a grommet grommet there....old mcdonald had a farm EIEIOooooooooooo.

I see the same parts break down. I would call them tomorrow on their toll free line and ask them what the part number is so you don't get the wrong one.
