An Impeller question for the masses

Hello I have a 1998 1800 challenger with the twin rotax. Im getting ready to replace the impellers but everywhere I look its a choice between 16/23 or 16.5/23.5. I'm not sure which is the best way to go. Also does anyone know the stock size of the wear rings. Thanks in advance for any input. David
