adding an amplifier

can i add a amp with out causing any problems to an 05 sportster?

nothing big, just one to run to 6.5 kickers.

Yeah you can easily add an amp. If it is just for the small speakers and you dont plan on adding any subs, it should be an easy project. As long as you dont plan on sitting and listening for hours with the boat off, you probably wouldnt even need a 2nd battery.
