Adding a Marine VHF

Hi All,

I have a 2001 Utopia 185. I am looking to add a marine VHF. I found the fuse box with, but can't find the negative terminal to power it. Is there a bus somewhere under the dash with the negative connections?

Here’s what I’m looking at right now. Just scratching my head. Where does someone tap in for the negative/ground?

I would not tap power from anything seadoo provided. I would go to the back of your battery disconnect and battery ground.

That sounds like a good idea. It will keep the radio working if I develop electrical issues on the water. So I'll run a negative from the battery to the radio and a positive from the disconnect up to the radio.
