If you didn't run it yet.... just remove the tank from the hull (2 caps just unscrew) and dump all of it. 
If you did run it... there's a chance that the oil is in the engine tank also.  If it was my boat... I would drain all of it, and clean the hoses. 
Neither one is an "Easy" solution... but modern engine oils (4-stroke crankcase oil) don't come close to what a 2-stroke needs for protection.  Not to mention, it could cause mixing issues.  2-stroke oils have goofy, non-EPA approved additives, and those could interact with the chemicals in the 4-stroke oil.  I've personally seen oils turn to pudding, or have chunks of additives fall out of solution.   SO... why chance your engine?
