Accelerator Pump Stuck. What's the quick fix?

Good morning,
I have a 787 engine with dual carbs. The engine was bogging on acceleration so I decided to pull the carbs. The first thing I noticed was the accelerator pump was stuck. I was going to also open the carbs up to clean them but the screws will not budge. I know they are JIS and I still can't get them off. Don't want to strip them though so next season I'll have them done professionally. More importantly though, any ideas on the stuck pump? Attached are some pics.

you use an impact screw driver, they sell at harbor freight.

This is what you need to remove screws from the carbs:

Then, buy new STAINLESS screws.
I believe you can take apart the 787 accelerator pump, or just replace it. or pull it out gently with some needle nose, then grease the shiz out of it...

I also have a diaphragm from a set of carbs I purchased that weren't exact to my 99 challenger. here is the link. Can I just swap the diaphragm and/or accel pump? The 99 carbs look a little bit different. Here is the link to what the MAG side looks like on the 99.
