Hey everyone I have just found out that I have a big problem. I just rebuilt my carb on my 98 GTS (BN-381) and it did not come with a accelerator pump diaphragm. While testing the carb all test hold good now but the accelerator test I can't any pressure on it at all. Anyway I just got off the phone with my parts dealer and it does not come in a kit nor can they get one. By them they don't make them anymore. Can anybody help with this.

Where did you buy your kit? I looked on SBT and in the desc. it just says all diaphragms included. I would guess that means the one you want too.

2 cents worth

Be sure that inlet side of accell pump is not cloged. there is a screen filter in the fitting. Flushed mine out with carb cleaner. It will only pump if outlet side "to carb" is closed off or conected to carb. There is a check valve in the fitting on top of carb!
There is a little part located inside of the small fuel line from carb to accel pump. it could be cloged. It's called JET-RECHARGE part # 270500348 it restricts how fast the accel pump can "recharge".

mmbird1 is correct on that little part inside the fuel line. I got some clear line for the accelerator pump and then cut open the old line to get out the 'little part'. It was stopped up with the goo from the old grey lines that I have already changed. I too had installed a carb kit but did not do much to the accel pump. Ski would not pump gas through the accel pump so I took carb back off and changed those lines and cleaned out the little part and re-installed. Accel pump works great now. You will need to cut out that recharge jet and clean it out. I soaked in carb cleaner then used a small hobby screwdriver to scrape out the goo and a sewing needle to open up the hole. A solid piece of the goo stuff pushed out of the hole so it was completely stopped up....keep working....ron 98 GS.
