I wasn't going to post this, I feel like such an idiot, but then I thought this might serve as a valuable lesson to other members.
I went to the lake Wed., by myself, first mistake. I went to work on the boat and to switch out the Seadoo's, we usually leave one at the lake. Well instead of switching them out the correct way I thought I would just use a shortcut by just moving one by hand and then move the other ski into the same spot. Big mistake, the trailer and ski got away from me, and in a effort to stop it, I some how got my right arm pinned between the trailer winch and the hull of the ski. I was drug about 300-400', skinnig up (road rash) the left side of my body.
Dumb, mistake number three, I didn't see anybody at the dock, so I decided to drive home, about halfway home I must have blacked out because I ran off the road and scratched up the right side of the Jeep, this could have been worse, much worse.
Anyway long story short, I'm going to be O.K., no broken bones and no permanent damage. So I consider myself very lucky.
I didn't follow my own advice, safety first and NEVER, NEVER shortcut things.
