So I was out on the bay for about 2 hours, and everything was running perfect. Took a little break and when I went to run both engines again, one of them worked fine but the other would completely cut off after accelerating for 2-3 seconds. Once I brought it home the same engine that was acting up seemed to work fine in the driveway, however some oil was spitting out of both power valves, as well as smoke was coming out of them. Also, earlier in the day when I was running the boat the Oil light turned on, however there was a decent amount of oil left in the tank. Lastly, the engine compartment has always has a slight smell of gas, is this normal? Any knowledge on these issues is appreciated. Thanks for your time.

The fuel odder is normal. That's why you have a vent fan.

The oil light will come on, with around a 1/4 tank. BUT... be careful with that. As the tank level drops... if you are in rough water... you could introduce air bubbles into the oil injection.

As far as the last problem... I would start by servicing all the RAVE valves. I think you are going to find melted valve pistons/seals. But, the RAVES aren't going to "Kill" the engine. That's probably a fuel related prob. So, I would also check for an air leak in the feed hoses.
