Took her out on Lake Texoma for the first time today. After a little putting around, was able to hit 55 easily and that's without having silicone between the thrust director and the pump. It was a beautiful day:

Did run into a little bit of trouble. The Starboard engine occasionally made a metallic screeching sound. I think I'm chalking it up to the extremely tight fit between the impeller and wear ring. You can hear it in this video:

I can't tell if its the engine or the pump. I just want to make sure I'm not hurting anything. Performance is great, it's just a god awful screeching noise that really worries me. It does not make this noise when I rev it on the trailer. By the time I was ready to head in, the noise had mostly stopped but I did occasionally hear it every now and then.
