99 XP power problem

My 99 XP runs great but sometimes when I have it full at full throttle the engine will lose a little power but comes right back. It seems to be around 6500RPM to 7000RPM the tack will drop down a little and come right back. It only seems to happen a the top end and not all the time. Would it be the spark plug??

plugs, carbs,....pull plugs, see how they look, cut the plug wires back 1/4in from boot side, to expose anew clean conntact, then reinstall boots, clean out the inline filter, and take for a gander, if problem still, then clean/replace the fuel selector and go thru carbs/rebuild them.....:cheers:
