I've been MIA here lately. Been busy with work and a new house and enjoying a season of a trouble free speedster. That all changed yesterday. It sat for 2-3 weeks prior to using it yesterday in my garage. It fired right up and got up to plane just fine then the starboard engine kept losing rpm at wide open throttle, after a while it cleared up and all was well. A couple of hours later on my way back in, I had trouble starting the starboard engine. More like starting it and keeping it running. Finally got it fired and running after about 8 tries (normally doesn't take more than 2 on a cold start). Idled low around 1100k and smoked excessively. Wouldn't rev past 3800rpm under load. Luckily the port engine picked up the slack on got me home just fine with the one struggling along. Where do I start? I know my friend had this problem years ago with a 787 and neither one of us can remember what the fix was. Mine is a 720 though. Thanks for the help in advance.
