99 GTX RFI Beep Code

Hi All,

Trying to get some info on 4 short beeps once key is on post for 99 GTX RFI.

Manual says either Discharged Battery, or No Communication between ECU and MPEM.

I’ve also found this was added later to just warn you key is on post and not started yet.

Brand new battery in ski so I’d have to think it’s the other option. If so, how does this effect running the ski? What does it mean?
