99 GSX RFI water inside hull after sitting in water or a few hours why?

So I have notice that the hull will start filling up with water slowly after a few hours of just sitting in the water. When run the jetski on the hose not issues but when it sits in the water after a few hours I notice water inside the hull. I have a new boot on the for trim, new carbon seal and boot what else should I check?

You may have a new carbon ring,,,but the accordian bellow has weakened,,,,take the pto cover off,,,and slowly back the ski into the water,,,have the ski secured,,,start it up,,,and look for water splashing around at the ring,

Started the jetski in the water and no water coming from around carbron ring. I need notice water slowly leaking in by the bolts that hold the rear mount on for the jet pump. Not the jet pump bolts but the ones that hold the mount on.
