Last season it was smoking more then earlier years then it was started up cold and running porly on 1-2 cylinder for aprox 30 seconds before it startade to runt normal aftet some 100% throttle.

This year the motor did not turn around at all becuse the crankcase/cylinder were full of 2-stroke oil. This leakage if oil in to the motor of course explain the smoke and bad running in start up last year.

The machiine has only runs for 130h since new and seems to be in good condition ( I have own it since 2004)

I have read somthing about a crank sealing? And maybe put a ballvalve on this hose, is it the big oil hose from the bortom of the tank to under the rotaryvalve at the bittom of the engine?
Where should I start to check?
How and what should I do?
Is i a easy fix to get out running?

Thanks in advance

Yes,,the 2 crank oil seals are going,,,yes,,,just put a ball valve on between the tank and the fitting going into the rotary valve only,,,,new cranks these days are a fortune,,,at least $800 here in Canada,

ok so its not just an replacebable oil sealing in the crankcase?

then you say rotary valve only I suppose you mean the rotary valve gearbox fitting no.30, correct?

I have now fittwd the ball walve solution and was out today.

For aprox how long time can the ball walve solution be good enough before the sealings get realy bad so it comes to mush oil even then the motor runs?

I recently had excessive smoking after sitting issue, I replaced the rotary valve shaft seal and it's working well now. In your case it could be either rotary shaft seal (pretty easy to replace-there's a tool you can make from hardware store parts or you can buy one) and/or the inner crankshaft seals which require a full crankshaft rebuild.
