Remove the 17’s mm nuts in the hull,,, and apply marine 5200,,,reapply the nuts and let the 5200 cure fully,

is there a gasket between the hull outside and the transom bracket that's holds the pump assy
When I fill the hull inside with water it leaks all around that bracket on the outside of the transom
