I recently purchased a 1998 xp limited ski. When I bought it he told me the he had blown the exhaust hose off where the exhaust tube connects to the extension tube taking the exhaust to the rear of the ski. He patched it with some marine tubing but its too big and leaking into the front of the ski just slightly. What I'm wondering is would this affect the back pressure thus effecting the performance?
I called my local sea doo dealer and ordered the right exhaust hose. Supposidly they are made just for that ski or can i use something else?
