Well.. not really "redone" but I found out there is a graphics/sign company just around the corner from my office. I'm in the middle of restoring this speedster, and these windscreens have been driving me crazy. 18 years of sun damage, scratches etc. Of course we all know we can't find any new ones.. and I wasn't sure how well the plastic would take paint (if at all)

But.. one hour later, and $75.00 and we have "carbon fiber" windscreens.

I'm totally convinced this will make the boat way faster. :)

Next on the list is the engine cover (rear hatch) it's red (or used to be) all faded and blotchy. Ordered in some new vinyl and going to have that wrapped next week. Can't wait for summer to really get here!

That turned out really nice. Great idea.

I'm surprised your hinges haven't broken yet. Be careful throwing them up or leaving them up in rough water.

Good call. The drivers side has a broken metal wire that I need to replace, but hinges seem to be fine.. I'll be careful though. :)

The sign shop got all of the side stickers off today. Since I have the patience level of a two year old.. we aren't going to wait for the red vinyl to arrive to wrap the engine hatch. They have enough carbon fiber in stock.. so I'm going to try that, and do red lettering. Might be a total disaster.. I'll know in a couple of hours. lol!

It absoutly will. I was thinking about wraping my entire boat in carbon fiber so i can go 100+

They did a good job i want to do this to my challenger.

I'm thinking if I wrap the whole boat, that's gotta save me.. what.. like 200lbs or something?

Really nice job, your boat looks great. It should definitely go faster, if you want it to go really fast add some more flames.
