Hello all,
I am new to jet boats and love them. But I have had boats my whole life. My forward works great on my 98 Speedster with twin 110's. But at I get reverse in neutral. I went back in fourth with it on the trailer and I only have 2 options by looking at the gate with the boat out of water. Forward is forward and neutral is reverse. then when i put it in reverse there is a clunk sound in the back but the gate already can not go down any further. any advice????
ALSO... there are a few things I need to try first but one engine seems to shut off sometimes at low rpm and also have about a 1.5" difference in the throttle levers at mid range cruising. Even at full throttle the engines do not match RPM. About 500rpm off. And the one thats lower is the one I have issues with shutting off sometimes. I have not done fuel filters on it and will this weekend. But compression is great 150psi across all of them. Any info would be great!
Anyone have those red round inserts for the throttle handles?
