Hello guys. Question. Is the drain plug suppose to have an o-ring or gasket on it? Mine does not and after leaving it in the water overnight I woke up to a not so good surprise. Both engines were completely submerged and water was up to the driver foot area. Quick acting with a sump pump and bilge pump I got it all drained out and paddled it back to the neighborhood ramp and is now safely on land. I was not going to take a chance of trying to start it. Not sure how tight these things are sealed. I will have to open it up this weekend and see how much and where all the water is in the engine. Any thoughts and suggestions would be helpful.
