This jet ski will start on land fine. Throttle up and not miss. Put in water it will not start at all, or run for just a couple of seconds. The carbs have new kits installed, fuel pump kit installed, new spark plugs. It had bad fuel but tank was drained and fresh fuel installed. I am stumped at this point. Need some insight.
