Try them with a Mity Vac
3 psi will make your eyes bug out..and your ears pop
I think fuel tanks vent at 3-4 psi
most 1 way checks you can blow 1 way, (some times easily) not the other

You can suck on it and get air easier than blowing for sure. Put a napkin over the tube. LOL The biggest problem is if the valve is not holding. Blow into it and if it holds you're good.
