Hey wheeler. Welcome to the forum!
I would start with a compression test (easiest test first). You should around 130 to 150 on each cylinder and they should be with in 10% of each other.

If all is good there you can go into more detailed troubleshooting and start with the fuel system. Check the fuel lines to see if they are gray, if they are, replace them with black fuel lines from an auto parts store.

Then go through the carbs and all filters making sure nothing is clogged.
Hope that gets you started.

thanks it does have the grey lines do u think that would cause it to do that someone told me the mpem but i read and no symptoms of that wear is the fuel filters in the carb thanks

Carbs

If you take the carbs off, mark or label the lines so you put them back together the way they came off. If you take the carbs apart there are small filters inside of them that are easy to get clogged. Be really careful when doing this, don't force anything off with the diaphragms or your going to buy a rebuild kit. Make note of how and where everything comes off so when you put it all back together you'll know what your doing.

Do the compression test first though on the engine.
