As you know I'm about finished getting everything back up to running condition. I have cranked it up a couple times with the water hose and I noticed the carrier seal is hot to the touch after I run it for probably about a min, some revving . Is this normal? I put grease in it about 4 months ago and yesterday as well. Its the old style. I just don't want to get out on the water for the first time in 9 years and something simple like this go bad.
