98 gts ... Not enough fuel i think

i went on the lake today and when i floor the sea doo it acts like its not getting enough fuel. is cruises about 2700 rpm and bounce up and down from 2700 rpm to 3500 rpm

i pulled the new spark plugs out and they are bone dry - black with gray on the end...

carb has just been cleaned, new fuel filter, new spark plugs, new fuel lines.

thinking its not gettng enough oil or fuel <<< not sure

Maybe time for a carb rebuild and adjustment. Also, try running the seadoo on reserve to see if you fuel selector valve may be clogged up.
After rebuild adjust carbs.

Low-speed screw 1 turn ± 1/4
High-speed screw 0
Idle speed (in water) 1500 RPM ± 100
Idle speed (out of water) 3000 RPM
