98 gsx limited blowing 15 amp fuse

Ski blows 15 amp fuse a few seconds after it starts. I am going to pull the cover tomorrow and take a peek.
1. If I need to replace the bendix can I remove the flywheel in the ski?

2. How do I remove the pins for the trigger coil?
Any other tips or thoughts would be appreciated.

Found this, luckily bendix looks good, trying to find the other bolt now

Also anyone know how to remove the pins for the trigger coil, I have a new stator that I may want to put in since I'm in here
