Starboard engine dies above about 1500 rpm and port engine dies at around 3000 rpm. Not sure where to start. I'm assuming its something to do with the fuel supply to the engines. Is there just one fuel filter? Would a bad filter casue that behavior?

Also think I need to replace my bilge pump. Are these things supposed to be automatic? I had a good bit of water in the bilge last time out.

It sounds like you need to clean your carbs. Pay special attention to the internal filters. If your careful and don't tear or damage the diaphragms, you won't need to buy a rebuild kit. If you do need a rebuild you can buy one from our "parts" link; http://www.seadoowarehouse.com/

I really hate to mention this, but have you replaced the old gray fuel lines?

I did not believe it, when I first heard that they were probably the culprit, but I ASSUMED that the person (I think it was Seadoosnipe) knew what he was talking about.

About 1/2 way through the process, as I cleaned the baffle screen, and I found the green glue scum, I began to believe.

When I got my carb apart, and pulled the filter, I was a true believer.

Get rid of the gray lines, and then clean the whole fuel sys.
