97 seadoo xp

i got a 97 xp in and i cleaned the carbs put new plugs in and serviced the pump . but however sometime when i crank it the engine revs up and when i pull the key it doesn't always die . any and all help would be apreciated. thanks kevin

always be careful running your ski on a water hose,, you have no resistance on that motor out of the water,,
